We always start by understanding what people are not doing (enough) today.

This leads to one clear behavior job:

We identify this through brand and funnel audits, communication analysis and mapping where behavior drops off.
If the behavior job is unclear, the solution will be too.
2. Understand why
Once we know what’s not happening, we focus on why.
We work with context on two levels:
The big world – culture, norms, economy, technology
The small world – habits, friction, routines, time and energy
Glue’s role is to make a brand, product or cause fit into everyday life – with tailwind from the world around it.
3. Build the bridge to action
With a clear behavior job and context in place, we design what makes action possible.

an initiative or a new everyday behavior
